How to cook:

Cut the Green bean in medium pieces. After that boil green bean and Green peas together.  Then, cut carrot to strips and broccoli cut it to small pieces. Minces garlic, chopped the 1/4 onion to small pieces.

After full of cooked can put in plate and serve with brown or red rice for stable weight or lose weight.
